Many of the gymnastic drills and conditioning exercises shown in this gymnastics book will help the gymnast learn to pull their lower abdominal section in while elongating their lower back for a straight and tight handstand position. Same Book, Different Names

Buyer beware: this book, "Handstand Drills and Conditioning," is the EXACT SAME book as the author's "Gymnastics Drills and Conditioning for the Handstand."
I bought the latter and picked up some tips for developing the handstand.
I then bought this book, "Handstand Drills and Conditioning," anticipating drills and conditioning sequences using the handstand.
I am pretty pissed off to discover they are both, literally, the same book. The only difference is the words on the cover. All content from the title page on is identical.
Lame.
